CONFERENCE ROOM TIME – The conference room at One Nickel Office Suite is available to all members at no charge. If the room is empty go for it. We do take and honor reservations for the room if you want to make sure you get it.

The conference room is also available to non members for a fee so please, reserve the room if its important that you have access.

Please do not camp out in the conference room and make it your second office. If you need more room let us know and we’ll give you the best rate possible. Your success is our success and we want you to grow your company.

WHERE CAN I WORK?
-
ALL ONE NICKEL MEMBERS HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK AT EITHER ONOS OR THE NICKELS BUILDING – We like to say work where you want, when you want, and how you want to work. In other words we offer several options.

At ONOS work from your private office or flex desk, or sit in our lounge area in a deep and comfortable leather chair. ONOS has a hosted private wifi. The offices are accessible by key fob or pass code only. ONOS is available for work 7 days a week 24 hours a day

At TNB you can work at any open spot in Valerio Coffee or in the Bald Birds Brewing tap room. TNB hours are a bit more restrictive, as the building opens at 7:30 am and closes at 10 pm weekdays and 12 midnight Friday and Saturday evenings.

PARKING.
-
All One Nickel Office Service Plans include one parking spot in our private parking lot located at 4219 Main Street. Each member will receive a parking pass that must be hung from their mirror. It may be moved from car to car, and members may park all day and stay as long as they want. The lot is not manned and does not have security so please do not leave valuables in the car.

Members may also purchase additional spots if they are available.

FURNITURE.

A variety of furniture is available. All private offices come with a modern glass top desk, a high back cloth executive office chair, shelves and a trash can.

PRINTING/COPYING/SCANNING.
-
ONOS has a high speed multi-function copier/scanner/printer. Member will access the copy machine with a unique pass code and will be allocated a specific amount (credit) of black and white and color copies. We will also stock standard letter quality paper (though the machine will accept a wide variety of paper if you want to bring in something special). If members go over their allotment they will be billed for the excess amount at the next billing cycle.

Black and white standard size copies will be calculated at the rate of $0.03 per page.

Pages with some color text or color highlights will be calculated at $0.25 per page.

Full color pages with solid color graphics or photographs will be calculated at $0.40 per page.

AMENITIES AND EXTRAS.

ONOS offer a all sorts of perks but let’s not forget the best perk; LOCATION. You’ll be working on Main Street in Manayunk with a 100 restaurants and shops to choose from. Conveniently accessed by car, bus and rail and just 100 feet from the Schuylkill River trail, so why not ride your bike in and stow in our back secured bike room.

WHAT KIND OF CO-WORKING PLANS DO YOU OFFER?

DAY PASS - $20 per day – Available at ONOS. Let us know when you want to work and pay in advance by credit card and you can work in either of our locations. If you choose to work in ONOS you will be given a one day pass code to enter the building. NON MEMBER WEEK PASS - $80 – The same process applies to a week long pass as a day pass. Book in advance a pay by credit card and you can work at ONOS for 5 consecutive business days. You have access to a short term use small locker so you can stow your gear if you want to run out for something please bring your own lock.

MONTHLY COWORKER UNLIMITED HOT DESK - $99.00 PER MONTH FOR 6 months minimum. - This plan gets you any available desk, table, or chair in a shared workspace. You may come and go as you please. You have access to a short term use small locker so you can stow your gear if you want to run out for something please bring your own lock.

MONTHLY COWORKER DEDICATED DESK - $240.00 per month – ONOS offers an assigned desk space in a large open shared workspace. This dedicated space comes with a lockable filing cabinet for your personal belongings. Desktops may be set up and left overnight but we highly recommend you stow personal or valued items.
CAN I SIGN UP FOR A PLAN AT ANY TIME DURING THE MONTH?

Membership and Plans may be started at any time. Mid-month contracts require 1 full month payment plus a pro rata charge for the days remaining in the month. You can come in and sign a contract and begin using the space the same day or you can sign a contract beginning on any start day but remember you will always be charged for one full month plus a daily rate for the remaining monthly days.
ARE YOUR CO-WORKING PLANS REALLY MONTH-TO-MONTH?

Yes! Everything we offer is month to month AFTER YOU INITIAL TERM. This policy is quite flexible thought as we allow you to increase or decrease your plan if need be on just 30 days’ notice, and you may cancel your plan at any time by giving 30 days notice to us in writing AFTER YOUR INITIAL TERM, Of course email notice is fine.
HOW DO I PAY AND WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

All of our plans require an initial payment with a deposit. Then each month moving forward you will be emailed an invoice on the 27th of the month for the next month’s service plan fees. You will also be charged at that time for any outstanding balance due to One Nickel Office Suites. These charges could include out of the ordinary cleaning charges or excess copies.
WHAT ARE HOURS?

One Nickel Office Suites is available to all members 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Though our affinity partnership with Bald Birds Brewing and Valerio Coffee ONOS members may work at The Nickels Building at 4323 Main Street 7 days a week 7:30 AM to 6 PM and Friday and Saturdays from 7:30 to Midnight.
CAN I STOP IN OR SHOULD I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A TOUR?

You may stop in and take a look at One Nickel Office Suites during normal business hours. However One Nickel Office Suites requires an appointment.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY DOG? WHAT'S YOUR PET POLICY?

Hmmm. This is tough one because we L-O-V-E our pets and Manayunk is a super pet friendly town but there are people with allergies or other dog issues. Like all major community decisions we’ll leave this up to our members. So if you feel that you must work with your dog at your side let us know and we’ll ask for a vote from the members. Of course if you do bring your pet in to the office you are responsible for ALL of the animals impact or damage.
WHAT IF I WANT TELEPHONE SERVICE?

ONOS offers members Voice over IP phone service if they want it. We offer desktop phones and conference phones. The phones come with unique phone numbers and virtual voice mail services that transcribe your incoming messages and send them to your email. The cost is $45.00 per month per line and includes the phone (which must remain at our locations), the line charges, unlimited domestic calling and a fully integrated portal for voicemail, auto attendant and call forwarding to your cell phone (or any other phone line) It is a pretty robust system and can really help you to take your business to the next level. .
HOW DO I RESERVE A CONFERENCE ROOM OR A WORKSPACE?

You can make a reservation for a conference room or a workspace via the One Nickel Coworking Website or by calling us. If there are any fee’s due you will be billed at the time of the reservation.

For both workspace and conference room reservations, we have a first-come, first-served policy and recommend making a reservation as early as possible to guarantee availability.
HOW LARGE IS THE CONFERENCE ROOM?

ONOS has a conference room that comfortable holds 8 but has held as many as 12 people. In addition we have event space available for nights and weekends use . There

Through our affinity partnership with The Nickels Building ONOS may offer our members discount pricing to a daytime event space on the second floor that can hold up to 140 people. There are restrictions, and extra fees due for this space, however One Nickel members may use the space for 50% of the regular space rental of $125.00 per hour. Catering may be done in or out of house and Bald Birds Brewing is able to help us with event with alcohol.
I HAVE A ONE NICKEL FLEX DESK PLAN. DO I HAVE TO RESERVE A WORKSPACE BEFORE COMING INTO WORK EACH DAY?

No, ONOS workspaces are available on a first reserved / first come / first served basis. ONOS will always hold out space for members who buy unlimited packages but If you definitely need a space its best to let us know you’re coming.
I HAVE A ONE NICKEL SERVICE PLAN. CAN I BOOK A CONFERENCE ROOM OR THE EVENT SPACE ON A WEEKEND?

Yes, depending on availability.
CAN I REGISTER GUESTS IF I HAVE A FLEX DESK PLAN?

Yes, all members may arrange for a guest to come meet them at our workspace. If your guess is planning on spending a day or more at ONOS a day pass fee will apply.
I'M READY TO SIGN UP! WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

ONOS gives you several payment options. Members may pay via ACH (auto withdrawal), credit card or cash.
DO I HAVE TO PAY MONTHLY?

No, One Nickel also accepts payments for 6 month and 1 year periods and we offer discounts for those who choose this option. We offer a 10% discount if you pay for 6 months in advance. If you decide to cancel during this time period there will be NO REFUNDS issued. However any remaining value will be transferred into our One Nickel Abundance Fund that awards work scholarships to students and non profits.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SECURE A DEDICATED DESK?

Yes. ONOS requires a deposit equal to one month of your monthly plan fee.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO LET ONOS KNOW I'M MOVING OUT?

Members are required to give one months notice AFTER THE INITIAL TERM to move out.
I AM A CURRENT ONE NICKEL OFFICE SUITES MEMBER, LOVE THE SPACE AND I WANT ALL MY FRIENDS TO COME WORK HERE. DOES ONOS OFFER ANY KIND OF REFERRAL FEE?

Yes! ONOS members who refer us a new member will receive 10% of the new members first 3 months to be paid on a monthly basis (not in advance). There are no limits to the number of referrals a member may earn.
DOES ONE NICKEL OFFICE SUITES CHARGE LATE FEES?

Yes, ONOS charges a late fee of 10% of the outstanding invoice, for payments we haven't received by the 7th day of the month.
WHAT ARE SOME OTHER FEES THAT COULD SHOW UP ON MY MONTHY BILL?

Conference Rooms vary in size and pricing. Our rooms start at $25.00 per hour for a 4 person room to $150 an hour for a room that can be set for up to 40 people.

IS THERE AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE?

There is no membership fee. Members are any persons or company that has signed a service agreement with One Nickel LLC. Currently the lowest prices plant is $99 per month for a flex desk at ONOS with a 6 month minimum.
ARE WE ABLE TO HAVE FOOD AND ALCOHOL AT OUR EVENTS AT THE NICKELS BUILDING EVENT SPACE?

Yes, right now we allow outside food catering and we are able to supply alcohol for your guests through our partnership with Bald Birds Brewing. Drinks are available at a per unit price or by the person per hour.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE FOR MY GUESTS IF I HOST AN EVENT AT THE NICKELS BUILDING OR A CONFERENCE ROOM AT ONOS?

Yes, there is discounted parking available at the Cotton Street and Lock Street public parking lots that are operated by Parkway Corporation and the Manayunk Development Corporations. The rate is $2 an hour daytime before 5pm and $3 per hour after 5PM. We can obtain parking coupons for you with values of $6 (2 HOURS) $12 (4 HOURS) or $20 (ALL NIGHT) at half price. These coupons must be purchased in advance, never expire, are good at all Parkway-MDC lots in Manayunk. They are however NOT REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE.
HOW DO I FIND OUT IF THE CONFERENCE ROOM OR EVENT VENUE IS AVAILABLE?

You call or email us your request. If it is available we’ll send you a form that request the specific information. Once availability of the space is confirmed you will be billed for ½ of the event fee. The event space rents for $200 per hour but our members pay only $100 per hour, plus and additional one hour for set up and clean up fee’s. This price does not include rentals but One Nickel owns 12 tables and 100 chairs that you may use without additional fee. If you require linens or decorations you must bring them yourself or make your own rental arrangements. If you require staff in addition to our on clean up / floater or the bar tender there will be an additional charge of $25 per staff person per hour.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD, USE A CATERER OR BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

At this time we do permit you to bring your own food or use your own caterer but they must be insured and name One Nickel LLC as additional insured.
