Park Square is an all-new luxury apartment community located in King of Prussia, PA. The owner is a real estate company called The Bozzuto Group and a client of ours at ADVENT Consulting.
They asked us to put together a pre-leasing event to spread the word about their grand opening in the coming months and show off how nice this brand new apartment complex is. We organized local vendors to come and set up tables such as B.GOOD, Duck Donuts, Bald Birds Brewing, Lilly Pulitzer, and more.

Our first event at Park Square was such a success that the owners, The Bozzuto Group, asked ADVENT Consulting to put together another event for the grand opening of this all-new luxury apartment community.
Unlike the other Bozzuto events ADVENT produced, this one was not an open event was invitation-only. The owners requested that this be a classy event so we hired a live string quartet to perform. We also organized for food to be provided by the high-end catering company, Wild Blue Catering, and beer provided by Workhorse Brewery.
